Inside the New 10,000 Sq. Ft. Health and Longevity Center Taking Shape on Route 157

A new 10,000-square-foot medical, fitness and wellness facility is nearing completion along Route 157, but the project is much more than another traditional doctor's office.

Victory Men's Health is developing its newest location at 2400 S. State Route 157 inside Sunset Park Plaza. The facility is being designed as the company's first standalone health optimization center and will combine a full-service men's health clinic with a private longevity gym, recovery facilities, corporate offices, a supplement shop and a podcast studio.

It will also become Victory Men's Health's fifth location, joining existing clinics in O'Fallon, Illinois, as well as O'Fallon, Town and Country and Sunset Hills in Missouri.

Construction began following a groundbreaking in August 2025 and has continued throughout the past year.

Victory originally expected the new center to begin seeing patients during August 2026. As of August 26, however, the company's primary locations page continues to identify Glen Carbon as "Coming Soon," while a recent social media update described the facility as "Almost open."

An exact public opening date has not yet been confirmed.

Where Is the New Victory Men's Health?

The new center is being built at 2400 S. State Route 157 inside the Sunset Park Plaza development.

It sits along one of the primary corridors connecting Glen Carbon and Edwardsville and is located beside Edley's Bar-B-Que and near Brightly Senior Living.

The site is identified in village development records as Lot 3 of Sunset Park Plaza.

The surrounding development has gradually added a mix of restaurant, residential and medical uses. The Retina Institute is also developing a new medical office within Sunset Park Plaza, adding another healthcare use to the property.

For drivers along Route 157, the Victory Men's Health building has become one of the more visible construction projects taking shape along the corridor over the past year.

What Is Being Built?

Victory is describing the project as its first fully integrated health optimization center.

The concept expands beyond the services typically associated with a men's health clinic by placing medical care, fitness, diagnostics, recovery and wellness services in the same facility.

According to Victory, the approximately 10,000-square-foot building is planned to include five primary components:

Men's Health Clinic

The medical portion of the facility will provide the services already offered through Victory's existing locations.

Victory currently lists services involving areas including:

The company has increasingly positioned its services around broader health optimization in addition to hormone care.

Private Longevity Gym

One of the most notable parts of the project is what Victory calls its longevity gym.

This will not operate as a traditional public fitness center.

During Glen Carbon's development approval process, representatives for the project explained that the fitness component would be for patients and clients rather than being available as a general public gym.

Victory says the training space is intended to connect fitness with broader health goals involving areas such as strength, cardiovascular health, muscle mass, bone density and long-term physical performance.

The concept is designed to allow medical care and physical training to exist within the same overall program rather than requiring patients to use completely separate facilities.

Recovery Lab

The building will also include dedicated recovery facilities.

Founder and CEO Amy Stuttle has said those areas are expected to include amenities such as:

• Cold plunges
• Saunas
• Red light therapy

Victory refers to this portion of the facility as its recovery lab.

These recovery features represent another significant difference between the new facility and the company's existing clinic model.

Supplement Shop

A curated supplement shop is also planned within the building.

Victory currently sells and recommends supplements across several health and wellness categories. The new center is intended to provide a physical retail component supporting that side of the company's business.

That makes the Route 157 project more than simply another patient location.

Why Combine a Clinic, Gym and Recovery Center?

The central idea behind the new facility is integration.

Traditional healthcare, fitness and recovery services are typically provided through separate businesses. A patient may visit a medical provider for testing, use another facility for fitness, purchase supplements elsewhere and travel to another business for recovery services.

Victory's new model is designed to place several of those services under one roof.

The company says its goal is to connect diagnostics, treatment, training, supplementation and recovery rather than treating each component independently.

That broader health optimization model is a major reason the Glen Carbon facility looks considerably different from Victory's existing locations.

It also reflects a larger shift within the company.

Victory was originally known primarily for testosterone and men's hormone services. Its current service offerings now extend further into cardiovascular testing, specialty laboratory work, weight management, longevity services, recovery treatments, vitamin infusions and supplementation.

The Route 157 facility is being built around that expanded approach.

The Project Has Changed Since It Was First Proposed

The building taking shape today is not exactly the same project initially discussed during Glen Carbon's planning process.

Village records from late 2024 identified the property as an approximately 1.18-acre site and described a proposed 11,900-square-foot facility.

Those early plans included men's and women's clinics, a fitness component and corporate office space.

Parking was also a significant part of the original approval process.

Because of the building's proposed medical use, village parking requirements called for more spaces than the property itself could accommodate. Victory pursued a parking variance and ultimately incorporated shared parking arrangements involving nearby properties.

The project continued to evolve before receiving its final site plan approval.

During a July 2025 Glen Carbon Planning and Zoning Commission meeting, TWM representative Justin Venvertloh explained that an earlier version of the project had been larger and included a second story.

After going through budgeting, the project was revised into the single-story concept that moved forward.

The Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously recommended approval of the site plan in July 2025, and the Glen Carbon Village Board approved the project shortly afterward.

Why Do Some Records Say 11,900 Square Feet?

Anyone looking through older Glen Carbon development records may notice a difference in the reported building size.

Village records associated with the approval process listed the project at approximately 11,900 square feet.

More recent information published directly by Victory Men's Health describes the new facility as approximately 10,000 square feet.

Because the project evolved during design and budgeting, the current 10,000-square-foot figure is the number Victory is using publicly for the facility approaching completion.

For that reason, 618 Homes is using approximately 10,000 square feet when describing the current project.

Construction Began in August 2025

Victory Men's Health officially broke ground on the new facility on August 4, 2025.

Plocher Construction Co. is serving as the contractor for the project.

At the time of the groundbreaking, Stuttle described plans for the medical clinic, fitness center, corporate office and recovery areas that are now taking shape.

Construction has continued for approximately a year.

Victory recently shared a time-lapse style construction update showing the progression of the headquarters over that period and described the project as "Almost open."

When Will Victory Men's Health Open?

The opening timeline has shifted as construction has progressed.

In January 2026, Stuttle said construction was expected to finish in July with the location opening in August.

By early June, the projected opening had moved to late July.

More recent local reporting then indicated an early August target.

As of August 26, 2026, there is still some conflicting information across Victory's own online presence.

Victory's main locations page continues to identify the Glen Carbon center as "Coming Soon."

At the same time, the company has already created a dedicated Glen Carbon location page listing the address, phone number, operating hours and medical team.

That page currently lists hours of:

Until Victory announces a formal opening or updates its primary location directory, the safest description is that the center is nearing opening after originally targeting August 2026.

What Happened to the Women's Clinic in the Original Plans?

There is one notable difference between earlier village documents and Victory's current description of the project.

Glen Carbon planning records from the approval process referenced both a men's clinic and a women's clinic within the facility.

However, Victory's current March 2026 description of the Health Optimization Center lists a full-service men's health clinic, longevity gym, recovery lab, supplement shop, corporate offices and podcast studio.

A women's clinic is not included in that newer description.

Because Victory's current public information does not confirm that component, it should not be assumed that a dedicated women's clinic remains part of the finished facility.

The current project is therefore best described using the components Victory is publicly advertising today.
